I bought some rollers for those times when I am short on time but still want to put on some time on the bike. However, I live on the second floor of an apartment. What type of mat(s) can I put under the rollers to reduce the noise leaking to the apartment below as much as possible and where can I get it? Anyone have similar experiences?
Soak them in Oxy Clean and warm water.
put them in a washer machine in the white and use bleach that way. id put in with a load of towels that way the towels are what is scrubbing the shoes. good luck
use foot powder on your feet.

Sprinkle baking soda in and let it sit overnight. I would also keep dryer sheets in them. They can make anything smell really nice. Once a week do the baking soda treatment, and they should stay fresh as a daisy!
