Question:

Valentine treats for a grade one class?

I have to make treats for my son's grade one class Valentine's partyI don't want to do the usual of cupcakes or rice krispie squares, but I don't want it to be too hard to makeIt is a nut free school, so any help would be appreciated.

Answer:

I am not sure where you are but if you have a Target in your area, they are the store to go to! They have all kinds of little things to make and they all come in kitsThey have a variety of little treat bags that you could put the goodies inOne of the kits had 24 different aluminum heart shaped pans! Some of them had all the things you need to decorate themEach one was differentI got all of my sisters stuff for her pre-school class there! I had a hard time choosing what to getI even got stuff for the little goodie bags that I am makingAll together I think i spent less than $25Which $30 was my goal!
That nasty smell is R-12, The type of freon that used to make it workThe hole can be repaired, But will cost about half of what a new fridge wouldSounds like you need a shopping day.
You lost the 'charge' of freon and to repair the hole and recharge the system would not be cost effectiveBeing a small unit I'm sure replacement is the best choiceNext time use a hair dryer to help speed up defrosting!
you killed your fridgethe air is the refrigerant, and it all escapedIt will never work againYou need to buy a new fridge thats why in the manual it tells you not to use tools to defrost themYou just turn it off, open up the door, and let the ice melt.
Yep it a goner nowSad too because some of these last many generations, they not make them like that anymoreIf, you ever have another like this and want to rush the ice melting, use a Hair DrierYou may solder the hole and then a Repairman may be able to add more RefrigerateBut, not sure of the cost.
