Intend to get a set of steering wheel lock when traveling in Malaysia from Singapore. Chance upon a brand named Master Lock from UK if I'm not wrong. The key not only single edge but four. Is it a good option comparing the other brand? Thanks

I think you mean radar absorbent, right? Like polycarbonates or carbon composites? If you want to reflect, any metal like aluminum or copper will do. Beware the profile though. That's the key. The more regular shaped, the more it will reflect. If you want it to be deflective, or dissipate radar, if that's what you mean, carbon composite, polycarbonate, or aluminum or copper, irregular shaped. Try facets and trapezoid shapes.
No it is not illegal but you will cause yourself a lot of problems simply becasue the police can do anything they want. There is no one to police' the police. I have a neighbor who is a cop ( a police man) and had a long time ago asked him a similiar question and he said that in retaliation for someone videotaping him that he could make that persobn's life a living hell, if you get what I mean. He said that he could find out your name and run a credit check n you and he could find out any personal dtails about you such as medical conditions any prior criminal records or parking tickets traffic tickets that you might have had. He could also tell his fellow officers and everytime you sent somewhere you could be pulled over for a violation etc (no seatbelt on, cell phone in hand failure to signal in traffic etc. Also he could do an investigation on you and knock on all the neighbors doors and ask pointed questions that would have all the neighbors gossiping about you and not wanting to have anything to do with you. He could also go to your job and ask questions about you and I'm sure your employer or supervisor would not appreciate that and you could possibly have job related troubles after that. So you are opening up a whole can of worms as the expression goes if you try to do that. So the final answer is that it is not illegal but you may cause yourself more trouble than you intended to get. The bottom line is that: There is no one who polices the police.
