The last few weeks I have seen bright flashes in the skyThen, last night an alien was digging a hole in my backyardI asked whats up? he said he was getting ready for the lightning so he could be transported to a human disintegration tripodshould I do something?
Cons are noisy neighborspeople partying, smells from other units, parking and laundry might be a problemRoaches and other pestsAll depends on your tolerance for living in close quartersI personally could not do it
I'm about to be in the same situationWe moved from an apartment to a townhouse and I lost my job and then had a baby and we can no longer afford rent and utilitiesI feel like we're going backward but the stress is overwhelmingYou have to do what is best for your sanity and your family in the long run Just know your not the only one and be happy your not foreclosing on a mortgage.
Well from what it sounds, you guys moving to an apartment could be a pretty good thingIt will be good to save up as much money as possible and try to get back on your feetYou daughter might find some new friends in the apartment complexYou guys might, also! Now you will have to be more aware about how much noise your makingLoud music and tv can be a big issue to neighbors, so make sure to keep these things off the floor, and on tables or somethingTry not to be too loud such as yelling or anythingDon't run alot or stomp! Your daughter is 6 though, she is probably small enough to where it won't really matterIf you're going to have alot of people over, go to your downstairs and upstairs neighbors and tell them or leave a note This is respectful, and if they have any complaints of you guys in the future, they are less likely to report itIf it is reported, your land lord will just call you, so its not really a big deal unless it is happening all the time I think its a good decision for you guys to move to the apartmentIts always good to take a little break and get yourselves back on your feet! Good luck:)
Offer to help himBe sure to put on your aluminum foil hat though so he can't suck your brain dry.
