I want to presuade my parents to get me a skateboard. I already have the money to get it myself just I need my mom to drive me to the store and agree to the fact that I can get one. Shes says I'll kill myself skateboarding. But I'll be careful and wear a helment. Also skateboarding will get me out of my house and give me a hobby. Should I just ask her again just more persuasive? I don't want to I'm a bit shy. Should I write a persuasive letter to her? Or should I just ask my dad. He's more understanding.

Your heated blanket will use a lot less power than a space heater in your room People often turn their electric blankets on an hour before they go to bed,then switch them off when they turn in. They seem to feel safer doing this,although I don't know anyone who has been shocked or burned by a heated blanket
