We have a dept of Education, before which (1979), there was zero education in the US! Notice how US math science scores have skyrocketed upward since the eighties surpassing other countries!Shouldn't we have a federal department of Neighborhood Safety and Police so we can do away with these silly, ineffectual local ones we have now?.
