Its a throttle body you can take the clamp off with usually a flathead screw driver just remember not to start the car with it off.

For tubing type M weight 1.46lb/ft L 1.75lb/ft K 2.06lb/ft You might identify the pipe in question by external markings, otherwise you will need exact measurements of O.D. and wall thickness.
Depends on the wall thickness. Three standard pipe thicknesses are called K, L, M for pressurized copper pipe. K is 2.06 #/ft, L is 1.75 #/ft, and M is 1.46 #/ft and you have 2/12 of a ft.
