Id get some free weight squats in for balance and speed........and maybe some lunges too
Now after reading this that I am fat with more of a life than you and need to exersice more. Other than that 5 or 6 people have told me to go home and kill my self and they ment it so not doing to good at this point. Keep up the bentch routein I will be doing the same thing over the summer for wheight lifting things to play sports for school. Good luck with that. Thanks.
You didn't state your objectives; sports, bodybuilding? But I have general comments. Overall development leads to the greatest practical strength and best appearance. Your program is missing complete shoulder development, is lacking low back work, and has too many time wasting isolation movements.
