I would use gold to pull out the gold colour in the sofa and/or you can use off white (textured) for accent pillows or throws.

i would use white, baby blue, or the brown in the flecks.
your sofa is neutral - you can go with what ever color is pleasing to you. go with an accent color that is easy to match. My favorite accent colors are aqua and sage. Again, your couch is still a neutral color. I am assuming your walls and floors are too - you can go with ANY color that feels good to you. Go buy a few accept pillows in different colors. Keep the receipt - and see which color agrees with you best. Take the others back.
