I understand you concern keep the heat at 75 all the the time and buy those furry blanket like pj they are so nice for all age kids and then you don't need a blanket and we all sleep better if it not to hot in the house get less colds to when my boys where small we kept the heat down to 68 at night and 74 in the day my kids never got sick in put the kids in those pj now that they are grown that the way they like to sleep in a colder room
