What are electric guitar (Locking) tuner's and how do they work?

I was wondering about Locking guitar tuner's and are they worth to have and do they affect on how easy it is to tune the guitar ? How do they work and are they easy to use ?Note: I want to get a guitar with (Schecter locking tuner's) and should I get the model with locking tuner's or grover's ?

Alarms dont really deter car jackers, the best thing to do is lock your car doors when get inside. Alarms usually scare off normal car thieves though like while you are away from your car.
resin is a generic name for plastic usually, but not always, it refers to the plastic in its raw, powder form elastomer is a technical term for a large group of polymers he term elastomer is often used interchangeably with the term rubber, and is preferred when referring to vulcanisates.
It's more by choice or need (because of an injury) but there are no rules at this time saying there has to be any protection but the actual helmet. I wouldn't be surprised if that changes someday, though.
