What are my best options for a lacrosse defense stick?
I would like the entire head/shaft combo to be around $100 and to be as heavy as possible

It all depends on your preference. For defense, I would say either a revo 2.0 or cyber pro with a Sci-Ti or Dolomite shaft. But agian its all preference.
