Question:

What are some household items I can use to plant houseplants in rather than buying plastic pots?

I've been using aluminum coffee cans which work wonderfully, but no one seems to use them anymore, having foregone them for the bagged ground coffeeI am trying to go green with this, and am thinking of canned food cans, but I'd like some new creative ideas! Any suggestions? Thanks

Answer:

Reduce alcoholYou ve been taking alcohol since 10 yrs, Totally stopping it immediately will cause withdrawal symptoms, so only gradual reduction is advisedyour food habits are okay, pantoprazole should reduce heart burn, but if it is causing indigestion, replace it with famotidine(20 mg tab twice daily)Continue antibiotics for their full courseStarchy foods like banana, rice definately help in reducing acidity.
Eat a diet rich in fiber, especially from fruits and vegetablesEat foods that are low fat Avoid foods that are fried Avoid foods that are spicy
Any plastic container: bottom of bleach jugs, milk jugs, laundry detergent jugs, soft drink bottles, juice bottles, sour cream containers, etc You can also use the shell of a coconut.or a large seashellThrift stores are great places to purchase old pots and or trash cans that only need a few holes punched in the bottomBaskets lined with several layers of newspaper before the soil is added (or used aluminum foil) work very wellWire trash cans lined with mossAny type of old wooden box Hope these ideas help:)
