What are the causes of the high temperature of the broken engine oil?
Equipment failure reason. Cone crusher bottom thrust bearing damage, eccentric sleeve friction disc at fault, or cone crusher copper sleeve replacement, thrust bearing parts replacement after not running good and full load operation, will cause the cone crusher oil temperature is too high.
Improper coordination between parts. The eccentric clearance between the eccentric internal and external bushing and the moving cone of the crusher is broken, or the bevel gear is damaged or the meshing gap is not normal, and it is also the indirect cause of the high temperature of the cone breaking oil.
Failure of cooling system. The pipe in the water cooler is blocked so that sufficient cooling water is not available to cool the lubricant to the proper temperature, or the cooling water control valve is improperly operated. In the case of air cooling, the core heat sink may clog up and not flow enough air to cool the lubricant properly.
Insufficient oil. If the lubrication system of the crusher oil leakage, or oil pump or motor and electrical equipment failure, etc., will make the lubrication system of insufficient oil, resulting in equipment lubrication failure.
Lubricant deterioration. Dust parts damage, resulting in the production of dust into the lubrication system, or mixed use of lubricating oil, lead to deterioration, etc., will also cause lubrication failure, resulting in excessive oil temperature.
