Question:

What are the causes of turbocharger, shell cleaning, shaft burning, impeller breaking and shaft breaking?

What are the causes of turbocharger, shell cleaning, shaft burning, impeller breaking and shaft breaking?

Answer:

The cause of burning shaft has low engine oil pressure or oil road leading to the turbocharger oil blockage is not long hot direct flame does not idle for 3--5 minutes.
The air filter paper is of poor quality and can not filter dust. The air pipe from the air filter to the pressurized end of the supercharger is cracked and the exhaust impeller is broken. Only one reason is that the exhaust gas of the engine is expelled from the foreign body4, the rotor shaft longitudinal clearance is too large, after serious shell cleaning, the rotor shaft loses dynamic balance
The vertical and horizontal clearance of the turbocharger rotor shaft causes the shell to be wiped out because of the excessive wear of the copper sleeve rotor shaft
