What are the disadvantages of imitation marble lines?
PVC line light weight, convenient transportation and construction; the use of advanced transfer technology, imitation stone effect is realistic; health and environmental protection; but because of its hollow material, although the toughness is higher, but the intensity is weak.
Stone line: the closest natural marble material, consisting of aggregates which are pressed, but also have a natural marble shortcomings, heavy weight and color is not easy to control, length limitation, construction cost, but also because of its price almost equal to natural marble, the market response is not high.
Stone plastic line: Chang Le lines by UV optical transfer technology, vivid stone effect, water proof, stone plastic products; no obvious shortcomings, but in pursuit of texture and intensity, the higher density, the weight ratio of PS and PVC are higher, but still much lighter than natural marble;
PS line belongs to the recycling of waste plastics production, not environmental protection; and the texture is more brittle, easy to damage; shape is relatively simple. But the price is the lowest, so a few years ago, sales are good, but with the increasingly competitive market, PS lines are also exposed shortcomings.
