What are the responsibilities of fire control room equipment operators?
Rules for operation of fire control room(1) the fire control room must be operated on 24 hours per day, with no less than 2 persons per shift.(two) the daily management of fire control room should be in accordance with the requirements of the maintenance management of building fire control facilities (GA587).(three) fire control room shall ensure that fire automatic alarm system and fire extinguishing system are in normal working condition.
After the fire is confirmed, the fire control room must immediately switch the fire alarm control switch into automatic status (except for automatic status), and call "119" fire alarm.
After receiving the fire alarm, the fire control room must be immediately confirmed in the quickest way.
The fire control room should ensure that the fire water tank, fire water tank, pressure tank, fire water storage facilities to ensure adequate water; the fire pump outlet valve, automatic sprinkler system valves normally open; ensure the power distribution cabinet switch fire pumps, smoke exhaust fan, fire shutter and other fire power equipment in the automatic (on) position.
Fire control room must start the fire fighting and emergency evacuation plan immediately, and should report to the person in charge of the unit at the same time
