Airtight container seals are static seal, you can use the "flexible graphite" material made of seals, capable of more than 1000 degrees high temperature. (dynamic seal does not apply).
If it is sealed gas, ceramic fiber paper is not possible, and 500 of the temperature, PTFE material will be even worse
First of all, are you moving or sealed? Metals, semi metals, or high temperature nonmetallic materials can be used.
