I've worked with motors of this size in industry, and I would say a typical one would be 2.5 to 3 ft in each dimension and weigh on the order of 1500-2000 lbs.
There are no typical dimensions. It would depend on frame size, and there are many, phase, rpm, vertical or horizontal, service requirements, voltage, etc.
