I was thinking of getting one of those as seen on TV, I am an allergy sufferer and need the most efficient to get rid of the dust mites, bacteria etc..
They work great....just a little messy to clean.
nothing but a big mess. Where do you think the dirty water goes? Down the drain then it gets cloged up
Haven't heard anything about them. I guess what you can do is go to google and type in: Reviews on ........ Type in the brand and see what other people comment on them. I do that all the time when I am interested in something. Helps me make up my mind. :-)
I had one a long time ago and loved it. I would clean it by dumping it behind the garage, then bringing it in to rinse it. In addition to that I would highly recommend the ionic breeze air purifier. The model that has the UV lamp in it. I have one on each floor and now I don't get sick anywhere near as often as I used to. If you don't get the vacuum with water then get a bagless with a hepa filter.
We had a rainbow vacuum when I was a kid. I really liked it. It wasnt heavy, and the dirt stayed in the water, not back into the air like most vacuums today. It finally died after about 20 years of use. Good Luck finding a vacuum today to last that long. I havent used a rainbow in years, but it was a great vacuum. I would love to have one now, but just cant afford it. You should see if there are any places that will let you use it on a 7 day or 30 day trial. Just to see for yourself if it works well.
