HI, I am new to baking and have successfully baked several things including cakes, bread and croissants, but am looking for a new challenge.I want an idea on something quite complicated and challenging yet with not too expensive ingredients.Any ideas?

pickled eggs are great also, cut and dice, mix with some celery, cooked peas and carrots - all cut into small cubes, add some mayo and you have a nice basis for a sandwich.
Egg salad sandwiches!! They are really good.
pickled eggs are nastyy lol ew to tha other guy but put um in a sandwich on some toast maybe throw in w/ some steak and make a plate eggs over rice eggs over pasta only way on the go would be by itself or in a sandwich i also like to cook tuna w/ eggs and well just plain and deviled are good )
