i know something that might work, i know they have great products, and it BG, you probably will pay out the ear for it, but i dont know anything better. you can get it at most garages.

How about with some solder, a torch, a drill and bits, and a sufficient copper threaded connector, you crimp and solder the end closed, solder on the threaded end, drill whatever pinholes you fancy for the purpose, and have a directed waterer end for your yard hose for plants? Sometimes I need a watering end to get the water down to the plant base past all the shelf-like leaves that splash the water out of the pot; a copper tube to stick down there sounds like a good solution, but it needs to still limit the flow.
