I am trying to make a mask, but first I need foil, so I can get the shape of my face right and then make a mask but what can I use instead of aluminum foil???

There is no alternative to heavy duty aluminum foil unless you go to rigid molds using alginate or plaster of Paris (and the latter very carefully if directly on skin) What is wrong with foil that you can't just go buy it?
