The most widely used is the silver conductive adhesive.
Conductive adhesive, referred to as conductive adhesive, is a kind of adhesive which can effectively connect all kinds of materials and has conductive properties. Conductive adhesive can be divided into two major categories: structural and filling. Structure refers to the conductive adhesive as polymer materials, conductive adhesive matrix itself has a conductive adhesive; filling type is usually used as matrix, and rely on the conductive adhesive addition of conductive fillers for the glue with electric action. At present, the preparation of conductive polymer materials is very complex, and there is a great distance from practical applications. Therefore, the widely used ones are filled type conductive adhesive.
The conductive adhesive is divided into non-polar conductive adhesive and organic conductive adhesive according to the chemical type of the base material in the conductive adhesive. Inorganic conductive adhesive with high temperature resistant performance is good, but the adhesive properties of the metal poor are mainly epoxy phenolic resin, conductive adhesive, conductive adhesive, polyurethane thermoplastic polyimide resin conductive adhesive and conductive adhesive etc.. The most widely used epoxy resin is conductive adhesive.
