I have heard all of those terms. We say couch or sofa in PA and NJ. My mom, who was from Ohio and West Virginia used to say Davenport. Reminds me of an old song we sang in Girl Scouts D-A-V-E-N-P-O-R-T spells Davenport It's the only kind of love seat, love seat Guy who made it was a heartbeat, heartbeat I forget the rest. =)
