When I click to go to the control panel, and go to system, this message pops up, Error in SHELL32.DLL Missing entry: CONTROL_RUNDLL. When I click the icons on my desktop, these messages pop up, what does it mean? How do I fix this problem? I can't even access my control panel??? Also, what is RAM? And do I have to buy it to fix this problem? I have alot of programs that I don't even use, and I can't go to Add or Remove programs because it won't let me. What to do???? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!! I CAN'T AFFORD A COMPUTER CRASH, I'M A STUDENT AND REALLY NEED MY COMPUTER HELP!

Warm fire crackling in the fire place blankets and me in the bed with a doggy curled up at the foot of my bed a good, long book in my hands that has taken me to another world the sound of rain pounding on the little house in the middle of nowhere :-)
