Other then a bat, a glove and cleats? It's my first time trying out for a team and I don't want to mess anything up! Also does anyone have any tips? I'm really nervous about trying out!

It sounds like the sun and weather have been working on your resin chairs. Vinyl resin will eventually desintegrate if left outdoors year around. It starts on the surfaces exposed to the sun. I'll bet the underside of your chairs still look pretty good. If this is the case, you are probably out of luck. The powder you are seeing is deteriorated resin. There is really no way to clean it and make it look new. Good luck with your project.
