Answer:

A person who is middle person for buyer and seller, search market daily, also check that if property is legal or not. Is there any government issue for a particular property. Also make all paperwork. These all about the responsibility of real estate agent.
They pretend to be tour guides when they show a house............they're basically a salesperson for houses
Well, first of all, most agents decide to either represent buyers or sellers. It has become more popular to specialize in representing one or the other. I prefer to be a buyers agent. You have to be prepared to: A. Spend a lot of time and money obtaining your license B. Plan on not getting a paycheck for the first 6 months C. Have a very outgoing personality and willing to ASK for business D. Manage your time very well....most agents never actually have to GO to an office if they don't want to....make sure you are disciplined enough to actually work But a typical day is either meeting with sellers for listing appointments or taking buyers to look at properties. You will write and negotiable contracts, etc. Once your business is booming, you are working with buyers and sellers and holding their hands until you get to the closing table (ordering inspections, appraisals, title work, etc).
A real estate agent is a person who helps people either sell their property or purchase property. The property usually is a house, but it also might be another type of structure or empty land. An agent must know the market value of properties, be able to evaluate positive and negative aspects of properties, know how to advertise and know how to negotiate a sale. He or she also often works with financial institutions to help people get the loans they need to be able to buy properties. The agent typically works on commission and will earn a small percentage of each sale that he or she helps complete.
Real Estate Agents represent clients by applying their professional knowledge of the Housing Market, trends, Home Values Legal Contracts. Real Estate Agents spend a lot of time marketing properties to sell themselves to obtain clients. RE agents help the buying selling transaction process run smoothly by working closely with Mortgage professionals, Title or Escrow Companies, Attorneys, Inspectors Appraisers. A typical working day for each agent is completely different for each agent. For some they go into an office an answer phones and search for homes on the MLS, others work out of their home. Some don't have designated hours, some do. Some only work with Buyers, some only with Sellers. Some just manage other agents, some manage properties, some manage developments. An agents day will vary depending on these and other factors. Personally, I have set things I do everyday, but sometimes I end at 3 p.m. and sometimes 3 a.m.
