Techron fuel system conditioner. No additives in oil. If you run regular gas run a tank of premium every 6 months, has more cleaners in it.
those additives aren't as great as they advertise. But a good additive to clean the oil system freeing up the rings etc. is a product called Rislone and I swear by it just follow the directions on the container
If you keep-up with the oil change schedule, suggest you don't put anything in the oil. If you want to increase the life of the engine, tho, go to synthetic. On the gas, if you stay with a decent brand, I like Marathon, then also don't need any regular additives. Maybe a can of fuel injector cleaner once or twice a year, that's all. I tore my '89 5.0 down at 189,000 miles, all with Mobil 1, & the inside of the oil pan was just as shiny & clean as the day it was put together.
