Question:

what happens if you drive over a speed bump at full speed?

In a Mitsubishi lancer evo 2014

Answer:

a house with no lightning rod because if there is a house with rod not connected to ground, the lightning will strike it (because of the rod installed) but will not be sent to the ground, hence damaging the structure. a house with no lightning rod has lesser chances of attracting lightning, there by preventing it from falling on it.
While not impossible, the chance would be extremely small. In all likelihood the charge from the lightning would be conducted to the ground by the steel or other metallic framework of the building, safely around you.
