Easy key lime pie recipie:- INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) - 5 egg yolks, beaten - 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk - 1/2 cup key lime juice - 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust Directions:- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices if desired.
KEY LIME PIE 2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk 2 egg yolks, beaten 3/4 c. Key Lime juice 1/2 c. whipping cream 1 (9 inch) pre-baked pie shell or graham cracker shell Combine condensed milk and beaten egg yolks; gradually add Key Lime juice. Fill pie shell with the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Do not allow to brown. Chill for at least 2 hours. Whip the cream and garnish the chilled pie with a rosette of whipped cream before serving. I cant get the filling to be super thick and the crust never comes out right i am not sure even which kind of crust is best with key lime pie. Can you help? Thanks
