I make paper wrap chicken The traditional way of making it is wrapping chicken in paper and deep frying it The paper would just soak up the oilPS you are suppose to use only certain types of paperI use to make it out of wax paper, but it's in disfavor because you melt wax into your chickenI think it's suppose to be parcel paper but most use aluminumI won't since it taste like aluminum sorry not parcel but parchment paper.
