Question:

What if I just take junk from convenience centers and drive offCan I be arrested for stealing.?

I live in Rutherford county NCI am a firm believer in Reduce, Reuse, RecycleOn a couple of occasions have seen junk such as flat and angle iron aluminum tubing and even computers at the dump that I could use for projects or to build thingsRecently they have said that I cant take any thing from the dump.

Answer:

Some craft stores carry thisCall your local stores ask if they have any avaliable or can order some.
off of hersheys kisses you can tape them all together to make one huge multi colored sheet!
Yes of courseIt is not yoursThe items at the dump belong to the dumpI should of been more specific, is there a North Carolina LAW against taking junk or is it simply a rule set fourth by NC waste management- Sort ofThere is not a specific law to address this specific theftThere is however a law against taking the property of another (stealing) that you would be charged with.
