My son is allergic to polyester and I need a cloth diaper that had no polyester touching the skin. The pul material is fine. He is already 32lbs so a diaper that goes up to 40lbs would be ideal.
Why don't you use cotton prefolds and covers?
Try wool or fleece. (Not sure if polyester is in fleece tho?) They are great covers, there is Hemp too! Check them out!
