Ore is metallic oxide . It is available in deep mines as well in open cast mines. Conversion of ore to metal has following of the one or more stepts : (1) Preparation :Crushing ore stone, washing , (2) Seseparating rich ore particles from sludge using classifiers/ slaker / vaccum filters like equipment. (3) removal of oxygen in furnace (using coke+lime stone in defined quantity ,in case of iron ores processing ) .Getting pig state metal ie. metals with impurity . (4) Purification of metal .
