What is a single screw pump?
Screw pump is a new type of liquid transport machinery, with a simple structure, safe and reliable work, easy maintenance and use, liquid continuous uniform pressure stability and so on.
Each time the screw is rotated, the liquid in the sealed chamber is advanced by one pitch. As the screw rotates continuously, the liquid is spirally pressed from one sealing chamber to the other to the sealed chamber, and finally the pump is extruded.
Its working principle is when the motor drives the pump shaft rotation, the screw on the one hand around its axis rotation, on the other hand it along the inner surface of the liner rolling, so the formation of the pump sealed chamber.
Is a single screw pump, its main working parts are eccentric spiral screw (called the rotor) and the inner surface of the double-line spiral surface of the screw bushing (said stator).
