Not sure about the signal booster but i would reccomend moving your ps3 or your internet box closer,maybe put the ps3 in the lounge?

One of my favorite quick meal is to stir fry veggies, tofu and greens up ( what ever you have, my favorites are broccoli, red pepper, and spinach) with teriyaki sauce and put that on either rice quinoa or a mixIf the quinoa/ rice is already made it will take about 8 mins:)
