Question:

What is biogas technologyHear nothing of

What is biogas technologyHear nothing of

Answer:

Biogas is a mixture of gases, mainly composed of methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (C02). Methane accounted for 60% of the carbon dioxide accounted for a total of 30%, a small amount of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen and nitrogen gas, such as 40% of the gas, accounting for about 70%. As a result of combustible gas containing methane, so biogas can do fuel. Biogas is a product of bacteria that break down organic matter under anaerobic conditions. Municipal organic waste, sewage treatment plant sludge, rural human and livestock manure, crop straw, etc., can be used to produce biogas raw materials. The process of bacterial decomposition of organic matter, can be divided into two stages: the first stage, the conversion of polymer complex organic matter for small organic molecules, such as acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid; the second stage, the first stage of the product will be converted into methane and carbon dioxide.
In order to produce biogas normally, it is necessary to create a good condition for microorganisms to survive and reproduce. Biogas digesters must meet a variety of conditions. First of all, the methane tank should be closed. The fermentation of organic matter into biogas is the result of the activities of many kinds of anaerobic bacteria. In the construction of biogas digesters should pay attention to the isolation of air, airtight, no seepage. Secondly, the biogas tank to maintain 20 to 40 DEG C, because the gas production rate is usually the highest. Third, there must be enough nutrients to the marsh. In order to survive and reproduce, microorganisms must absorb nutrients from the fermentation material. In the fermentation of biogas digesters, human and animal manure can provide nitrogen, crop stalks and other cellulose can provide carbon. Fourth, the fermentation of raw materials to contain the right amount of water, the general requirements of biogas digesters in the fermentation of raw materials containing about 80% of water, too much or too little on the adverse gas production. Fifth, the pH value of biogas digesters is generally controlled at 7 ~ 8.5.
Its properties are similar to that of natural gas. If the air contains 8.6 to 20.8% (by volume) of methane, it will form an explosive mixture of gases. In addition to the direct combustion of biogas for cooking and drying agricultural products, heating, lighting and welding etc, also can be used as fuel for internal combustion engines and the production of methanol, Faure Marin, carbon tetrachloride and other chemical raw materials. After the fermentation of the biogas device, it can be used as fertilizer and feed.
Methane (Biogas) is a kind of combustible gas produced by anaerobic digestion of organic matter. As the gas was first found in the swamp, the name of methane. Methane is a mixture of gases, usually containing 50 to 70% of methane, the rest of the carbon dioxide and a small amount of nitrogen, hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide, etc.
