LOL I've done that before. I had it in my pocket and leaned over to grab my son and plop it went right in. All I did was let it air out for a while, like a day and it worked just fine. I hope you don't mind the urine smell lol It's better than landing in poop water at least!
You can't avoid it! Unless you just don't use them. I've found that mainly only level 1 beds give you those lines so if you use higher level beds it shouldn't be too much of a problem. What I used to do is tan like 5 times with goggles and 1 time without and it evened itself out really well.
casting resin should work fine. But if you get a resin which heats up when polymerizing you will have to build the height up in sections as 6 inches will get too hot. Read through the instructions found on the package and follow them and you will be fine. Apart from heating up and causing damage by heat pressure won't be an issue. The resin could always rise up if that were the case.
