I love a twist of lime in my martini, preferably over lemon. A key lime would be great as well.
I live in Key West, Fl. and have a key lime tree in my yard. One would make a key lime martini just like any other except put a little key lime juice in rather then vermouth!

Vanil vodka 1 oz Rose's? lime juice 1 oz half-and-half Pour all three ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.
