What is the advantage of a jaw crusher made of large and medium-sized plain pendulum?
The material distribution in the crushing cavity is: the material in the upper cavity is larger, and the material in the lower chamber is smaller. The larger block requires a larger crushing stroke, while the smaller one is just the opposite. If the large material requirements are met, the horizontal stroke of the discharge port is too large, and the product granularity can not be guaranteed.
Its disadvantages are: the structure is complex and relatively heavy; it is heavier than the same size crusher; 20%-30%; secondly, its moving trajectory is not ideal; the upper horizontal stroke is smaller and the lower horizontal stroke is larger.
Compared with the above two kinds of crusher, the advantage of the former is that the vertical stroke of the movable jaw is smaller, which makes the lining plate wear lightly. In the operation, the connecting rod exert smaller force, and the elbow plate can produce a great thrust;
