Im moving downstairs into our spare bedroom soon. Thing is it has patio doors on them.. so I was wondering what you would think, the advantages and disadvantages are of this.. there are no other windows in the room.. apart from the patio doors..

No they dont have to inform you. Its not your road. If you owned the road it would be a different story. Dont hit the speed bumps at 10 mph if its to bumpy. Try 5 mph instead
