I'm trying to figure out what the environmental benefit is to recycling 42,120 cubic feet of paper, cardboard, aluminum, and glass.
Not enough people eat fibre so eating lots is goodif you're concern with sugar probably best to check the package otherwise eating porridge is the best and healthiest, add banana/honey or your fav fruit/nuts for extra flavour.
fibres are good for your body - even a lot of thoseyou just have to choose ones with low sugar contents - check the packagesfor thatit is important, though, that your intake of liquids corresponds to the intake of fibresdrink a lot of water!
in my opinion, no its fine, thats what i eat, as long as you don't start having any digestive problems i think you're fine
Lowered need to cut down trees (paper and cardboard)Lowered need to mine and refine (a lot of electric power) aluminumLowered need to use electric power for the glass.
