well its what ever works for you, you can test them at pro shops. i use either bauer/nike bauer and reebok, thats just me though.
I've read in a lot of articles that warriors are good, but I've never had one. Personally i like reeboks i have 2 at the moment the sickick versions and they are very good best sticks i have ever had. My last stick was a CCM and i hated it. (these are composite by the way)
