I have heard of the stuff called Sentek. Does it really work? How will i know?
Tetra-ethyl lead is the answer to your question as the best fuel additive - unfortunately, it's extremely toxic and we have to compromise the octane rating with aromatic hydrocarbons, ethers and alcohol (usually ethanol or methanol).
