I like just putting them on the oven rack but they drip there is a messIf I put them in a dish will they end up tasting the same as they do when baked on the rackIs there a better way to do this have a great taste clean ovenI thought about just putting them on a peice of aluminum foilWhat have you found to be the best?
I always use parchment paper when baking potatoes in the oven and they taste so much betterThis is what the high end restaurants use and I decided to try it because I love sweet potatoes sprinkled with Cinnamon, butter and brown sugarParchment paper comes in unbleached and brownYou just wrap the potato and twist the ends closed and back directly on the rackWe only use foil wrapped potatoes on the outside grill.
