I use a moist towel or cloth. I dip it in water and ring out the excess water. After wiping the screens, I use the dry side or a dry cloth to make it dry. It looks good, but doesn't get rid of scratches. Don't use extra water or it could leak into the system, use a cloth that absorbs water to dry, and don't use tissue paper or any cloth that will leave flakes and stuff. Also don't use polyester or fabrics that don't absorb water well or it will take longer to clean and might lead to scratches. This is good for both screens. But for the touch screen, debris can get in between the screen and the system, so Nintendo suggests using a dry soft bristled toothbrush and flicking beneath the sides while holding the DS at an angle so that the debris fall downward. The screens are pretty tough. A more basic piece of advice is to clean it like you would a CD.
