What I would do is cook the ham all the way and then slice it.Put the slices into a couple of those disposable aluminum roasting pans and cover them with foil and then wrap the whole thing with newspapers.Put the pans into the biggest cooler you have and stuff crumpled up newspapers all around it as extra insulation.When you get to your sister's place just pop the pans into the oven for 10 -15 inutes just to make sure it's hot.Then again we don't bring the ham to the table as a while piece.It always gets carved in the kitchen anyway.
