I have copper to recycle buy i don't want to recycle it while it is low or anything.
The spot price for copper right now is $3.32/pound. Real clean scrap copper scrap (e.g. stripped bare copper wire, old copper tubing) trades at about 70-75% of that price or about $2.30 to $2.50/pound. BTW, copper trades in the uppermost quarter of the range in which it has sold in the last decade.
