What is the density of the 1100 aluminum plate?
1100 aluminum density is fand 2.7g/cm.1100 for industrial pure aluminum, aluminum content (mass fraction) of 99%, can not be enhanced by heat treatment. With high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, and its small density, good plasticity, through pressure processing can produce all kinds of aluminum, but the strength is low.
Other process performance is basically the same as 1050A.1100 aluminum plate belongs to pure aluminum series, its strength is relatively low, with excellent ductility, formability, weldability and corrosion resistance; anodic oxidation can improve corrosion resistance, and appearance of the surface; but can not be strengthened by heat treatment.
1100 aluminum plate is generally used in utensils, heat sink, caps, printing plates, building materials, heat exchanger components, but also can be used as deep stamping products. It is widely used in various fields ranging from cooking utensils to industrial equipment.
